Biography & Background

Cassandra Ayres joined Beus Gilbert in 2008 and is a Member of the Firm. Ms. Ayres represents clients in zoning and land use matters, as well as real estate litigation involving zoning, entitlement, land use and condemnation claims, including constitutional and tax issues. She has been involved in numerous cases concerning many of the most high-profile issues in one of the nation’s most dynamic real estate communities.
