Career Highlights: The privilege of protecting and advocating the rights of injured victims for over forty-five years. Lead co-counsel in Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptors fuel fed fire cases in Arizona and nationwide. Lead counsel in police overtime class action litigation in Arizona. Recovered for clients (settlements and verdicts) in excess of half a billion dollars. Lead counsel in over 100 cases in which there was a verdict or settlement in excess of one million dollars.

  • Re-Organization Experience

    1987 – 1989 Organized the Investors Steering Committee of Harbor Financial Corporation’s re-organization.  Harbor was a financially troubled mortgage institution in Phoenix, Arizona, with an $87,000,000 loan portfolio, requiring assessment and, ultimately, liquidation.  Served pro bono as the first CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors for the re-organized public entity and led the negotiating team during its acquisition by a publicly traded company.
