Biography & Background

Trevor Cox is an Associate in the Litigation Group at Beus Gilbert. Mr. Cox’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation including accounting and legal malpractice, financial sector litigation, corporate and financial fraud, and environmental liability. As a litigator Mr. Cox has represented trustees in bankruptcy in suits to recover money taken fraudulently from shareholders and investors. Recently in the Southern District of New York, Mr. Cox participated in achieving a jury verdict of $213 Million on behalf of a trustee. During law school, Mr. Cox interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, where he assisted with the investigation and prosecution of white-collar crime.
