Mr. Casey is widely regarded as one of Arizona’s preeminent trial attorneys. His experience in high-stakes litigation includes plaintiff’s commercial litigation, breach of fiduciary duty, aiding and abetting, legal and accounting negligence, officer and director liability, medical negligence, catastrophic personal injury, and wrongful death claims.
Mr. Kelly has 33 years of experience in litigating intellectual property matters representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Kelly is also well-versed in patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright law.

It is with tremendous pride and pleasure that we announce the firm’s name has changed to BEUS GILBERT MCGRODER PLLC with the addition of Patrick J. McGroder III.
Mr. McGroder has practiced law in Phoenix, Arizona for 45 years, specializing in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the University of Arizona College of Law. Pat is the former President of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers (IATL). He has been selected as one of the 10 Best Lawyers in Arizona. Since 2008, Pat has been selected yearly by Lawdragon as one of the 500 best lawyers in America. He was awarded the Ken Clancy Memorial Award by ABOTA for his “Unfailing Commitment to the Principles of Professionalism, Decency, and Civility in the Legal Profession.” He was inducted to the Maricopa County Bar Association Hall of Fame for decades of civility and excellence.
