Biography & Background
Pat joined Beus Gilbert PLLC in 2018 after leaving Gallagher & Kennedy. Pat practices Plaintiff’s Personal Injury & Wrongful Death in the PI Practice Group at Beus Gilbert. He has represented victim’s in high-profile, complex catastrophic litigation and wrongful death cases, such as the Las Vegas Route 91 Shooting cases, Yarnell Granite Mountain Hotshot cases, UBER Technologies Death Cases, etc.
Pat worked for the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office for approximately four years. He represented clients in over 350+ felony matters and received multiple favorable jury trial verdicts. Pat also spent two years at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office while in law school prosecuting felony cases. As a trial attorney, Pat has had the opportunity to litigate in Maricopa County Superior Court for approximately 5 years. He has assisted in selecting nearly 25 juries during his time at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office and at the Public Defender’s Office. Pat’s oral advocacy and courtroom experience allows him provide a persuasive and passionate approach to seeking justice on behalf of his clients.
Pat is a member of Executive Counsel Charites, Ronald McDonald House Charity & Child Help Organization. He is a head coach of Brophy College Preparatory Mock Trial. During his free time, Pat spends time with his daughter and enjoys watching the Buffalo Bills & Buffalo Sabres.
