Personal Experience

Adam Pruett is a Planning Consultant of Beus Gilbert McGroder PLLC, a premier boutique law firm concentrating on High Stakes Litigation, Real Estate and Zoning Law, and Plaintiffs Catastrophic Injury & Wrongful Death.  Mr. Pruett is a member of the firm’s Zoning & Real Estate practice.

Prior to joining the Zoning & Real Estate team at Beus Gilbert McGroder PLLC in 2021, Mr.  Pruett worked as a Project Manager for Michael Baker International, a multidisciplinary engineering, planning and architecture firm where he focused on rewriting zoning ordinances and general plans for local municipalities.  Mr. Pruett’s career has included both public and private sector work beginning with Swaback Partners in Scottsdale where he assisted with the planning and development of large master planned communities such as DC Ranch in Scottsdale and West Wing Mountain in Peoria.  In 2001, his career path shifted to the public sector where he spent approximately 14 years with the City of Peoria.  While with the City of Peoria, he served as a Planner, Senior Planner, Senior Management Analyst, and Planning Division Manager until 2018 when he returned to the private sector in search of new personal and professional challenges.
