Ashley Hale is an attorney of Beus Gilbert McGroder, a premier boutique law firm concentrating on High Stakes Litigation, Real Estate and Zoning Law, and Plaintiffs Catastrophic Injury & Wrongful Death. Ms. Hale is a member of the firm’s Plaintiffs Commercial Litigation and Plaintiffs Catastrophic Injury & Wrongful Death practices. Ms. Hale’s practice includes complex litigation involving financial fraud, shareholder derivative actions, and labor and employment litigation and/or compliance. Ms. Hale was a member of the team of attorneys that tried a three week jury trial resulting in a $213 plus million judgment for the firm’s client. She also has experience representing employers and employees in various state and federal issues including, but not limited to, discrimination, wage and hour issues, harassment, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Family Medical Leave Act. She also works with employers to prevent and manage workplace problems and avoid legal battles wherever possible.
During her undergraduate career, Ms. Hale was a Division I scholar athlete as a highly competitive springboard diver. She also was a staff writer for the Law Journal for Social Justice at the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law.
Assisted in one of the nation’s most significant jury trials resulting in $213 plus million judgment for fraudulent conveyances, breach of fiduciary duty, and unjust enrichment against the parent corporation and director of two bankrupt metals companies, on behalf of the bankruptcy trustee
Assisted in the representation of a start-up alternative fuel company in litigation involving breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, and interference with contractual relationships
Represented clients in EEOC mediations
Represented national moving company in a trademark dispute
Represented business owners in the protection of their trade secret information
Represented a gym patron in a negligence action resulting in a Plaintiff’s verdict
Represented business owners and employees in unpaid wages disputes
Provide advice to businesses regarding various employment and compliance issues
