Ms. Cohen-Davis is a member of the firm’s High Stakes Litigation and Real estate zoning and land use practices.
Audrey Cohen-Davis’ career spans 28 years. After completing her law studies at Temple University where she was an editor of the Environmental Law and Technology Law Journal, her career trajectory started as a law clerk in a private Philadelphia law firm, LaBrum & Doak where she ultimately became an Associate Attorney. She then went to Simasek, Ruzzi & McKee as an in-house litigation attorney for CNA insurance company until relocating to Phoenix where she joined the Hudspeth Law Firm and met her husband. Audrey ultimately relocated to Jackson, Wyoming where her husband became an owner of the beloved Sweetwater Restaurant and Audrey joined a private law office where she handled an active caseload involving contract, tort, construction, business, and corporate litigation matters.
In 2006, Audrey became the Jackson City Attorney and established an outstanding legal department serving 3 Mayors and multiple Town Councils, Planning Commissions, City Boards and City employees over 13 years. Audrey managed legal matters and trials for the city in the areas of civil litigation, government law and ethics, public policy, land use and zoning, business, contractual and corporate law and all aspects of municipal and local government.
Eager to cultivate her own private practice and one that would intersect her decades of experience, Audrey resigned after her 13-year tenure and opened her own law practice Cohen-Davis Law believing respect, trust and integrity is what drives results. Audrey brings an exceptional level of enthusiasm, dedication and nuanced perspective that makes her an ideal advocate to guide clients who have complex interests.
