Personal Experience
Jennifer B. Anderson is a member of Beus Gilbert McGroder PLLC, a premier boutique law firm concentrating on High Stakes Litigation, Real Estate and Zoning Law, and Plaintiffs Catastrophic Injury & Wrongful Death. Ms. Anderson is a member of the firm’s High Stakes Litigation and Plaintiffs Catastrophic Injury & Wrongful Death practices.
Ms. Anderson is a litigator and appellate attorney who has written or co-authored briefs in more than 80 civil appeals during her nearly three decades of practice. She is an experienced oral advocate who appears regularly before state and federal appellate courts. Ms. Anderson is often called upon to draft and respond to critical motions such as motions for summary judgment, motions in limine, and post-trial motions. She also assists trial teams with addressing legal issues, developing trial strategy, and preserving the record for appeal.
Before joining Beus Gilbert McGroder, Ms. Anderson practiced for six years at a large Phoenix defense firm where she honed her appellate skills. After earning her law degree cum laude from the University of Michigan, Ms. Anderson worked at prominent law firms in Phoenix and Las Vegas; taught legal research, writing, and advocacy at UNLV Law School; and clerked for a judge on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ms. Anderson is a member of the State Bar of Arizona Appellate Practice Section and serves on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Center for Law in the Public Interest.
