Personal Experience
Mary Grace McNear is a member of Beus Gilbert McGroder PLLC, a premier boutique law firm concentrating on High Stakes Litigation, Real Estate and Zoning Law, and Plaintiffs Catastrophic Injury & Wrongful Death. Ms. McNear is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Zoning Law practice.
Before joining Beus Gilbert McGroder, Ms. McNear worked in-house representing the cities of Avondale, Mesa, and Scottsdale, Arizona. She advised Mesa and Avondale on real estate, planning and zoning, subdivision, engineering, and construction matters. In her tenure at Scottsdale and Mesa, Ms. McNear defended both cities in ligated matters involving land use, construction, and regulatory licensing. Before beginning her municipal practice, Ms. McNear was a construction litigation partner at a medium-sized Arizona law firm.
